Five Swimwear Trends to Watch

2018 is here, and with the new year comes a new wave of swimwear trends. Here are the latest looks we’re watching.

No. 1  |  Texture

Texture has finally made its way to the beach. We’re talking ribbed, metallic, suede, velvet and the like. The best part? These fab fabrics are super easy to care for.

No. 2  |  Hot Hues

From denim to indigo to navy, blue is the buzzy color of 2018. Also trending are shades of yellow, coral, green, pink and purple. Plus nudes have never been so wearable.

 No. 3  |  One-Pieces

A holdover from last year, one-pieces remain hotter than ever. They come in a variety of styles, from sporty chic to hyper feminine, with details like cutouts, mesh inserts and side panels. And the high leg is officially back!

No. 4  |  Sun Protection

Safe in the sun = fun in the sun. Which is why top beach brands are incorporating UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) into their covers and rashguards.

No. 5  |  Ruffles
